JD Tax Pro Software was established in 2020 and is led by brothers Werly G. Joseph and Dave G. Desroches.
The company's story is shaped by perseverance, family, entrepreneurship, and the immigrant experience. Werly and Dave understand what it means to pursue a better future, overcome uncertainty, and turn personal experience into opportunities that can help others move forward.
Werly had experience in the tax industry before 2017. In 2017, he reached an important professional milestone when he began operating as an electronic filing provider. His experience working directly in the industry helped him recognize that many tax professionals needed more than software. They needed education, mentorship, business systems, operational guidance, and a professional community.
That vision led to the creation of JD Tax Pro Software in 2020.
Since then, the company has grown into a professional network supporting tax preparers, EFIN business owners, and business partners. JD Tax Pro Software is committed to helping professionals move beyond simply preparing tax returns and begin building organized, compliant, and sustainable tax businesses.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Werly G. Joseph is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JD Tax Pro Software and the Founder and Owner of Joe Tax and Notary Services.
Werly gained experience in the tax industry before 2017. In 2017, he began operating professionally as an electronic filing provider, marking an important new stage in his tax career. He later expanded his operations, opened his first office in 2020, and began training tax professionals in 2021.
As an immigrant entrepreneur, Werly understands the courage, patience, and determination required to create a new beginning and build something meaningful. His journey taught him that access to education, mentorship, professional systems, and the right support can transform a person's future.
Werly used his experience in the tax industry to create JD Tax Pro Software in 2020. His mission is to help aspiring and established tax professionals strengthen their knowledge, develop professional systems, establish businesses, build teams, and create opportunities for their families and communities.
Werly is also a Certified AI Consultant who is passionate about helping tax professionals use artificial intelligence and modern technology to improve productivity, client service, marketing, training, and business operations.
His leadership is centered on education, opportunity, innovation, service, and helping others build something of their own.

Co-Chief Executive Officer
Dave G. Desroches is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of JD Tax Pro Software and the brother of Founder and CEO Werly G. Joseph.
Dave helps guide the company's business strategy, operations, professional partnerships, leadership development, and long-term growth.
His journey is also shaped by the immigrant experience and the determination to create a better future through hard work, education, entrepreneurship, and service. Dave understands that building a successful organization requires patience, responsibility, strong relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Working alongside Werly, Dave helps strengthen JD Tax Pro Software's programs, operational systems, professional partnerships, and growing business network. His leadership supports the company's commitment to helping tax professionals gain knowledge, develop confidence, build teams, and create sustainable businesses.
